Over the course of eight to ten weeks, you’ll get to:
- Join one of our teams in Strategic Transformation, Digital Change, Customer Experience, Business Process Reengineering, Innovation, or one of the core departments of the Chief Operating Office like Sustainability, Regulatory Control or Trade Transformation
- Apply your analytical skills in a variety of different ways. You could be helping us to understand root cause analysis for business problems, define business outcomes and the ways to achieve them, as well as driving key change initiatives
- Work closely with senior leaders and colleagues, and make a real and meaningful contribution to our business
- Tackle a project, on your own or with other interns, which may involve developing a social media strategy for the department, investigating ways to improve a process, or conducting research to better position a product
- Those who excel will be considered for our Strategy and Transformation Graduate Programme, where you will have the opportunity to build an international network and collaborate with clients in developed and developing markets
