Over the course of the programme, you’ll get to:

  • Rotate between the core teams of our Chief Operating Office, including Strategic Transformation, Digital Change, Customer Experience, Business Process Reengineering, and Risk and Governance
  • Apply your analytical skills in a variety of different ways. You could be helping us to understand root cause analysis for business problems, define business outcomes and the ways to achieve them, as well as driving key change initiatives
  • Support transformation projects that shape the future of the organisation by drawing out trends and insights from data
  • Work with teams around the world to improve our processes and procedures and distil information for executive level presentations that inform the key decisions we make
  • Determine where your own strengths and interests lie – whether it’s in Transformation, Digital Change, Customer Experience, Business Management or Business Risk

Requirements:
  • Available to work full time from July 2025 onwards
  • Obtained, or expected to achieve, a 3.2/4.0 cumulative GPA or equivalent 2.1 Degree from a recognised University (as appears on your official University Transcript or Degree Certificate)
  • Fluent in English.  Mandarin and/or Cantonese advantageous but not essential
  • Legally permitted to work in Hong Kong
