Whatever you’re studying at university, this four-day programme offers an invaluable introduction into the world of investment banking and will show you how you can apply your skills to this dynamic career path.
This programme, which is held in September each year, is designed as a fast-track route to our Global Banking & Markets Off-Cycle Internships (which run from March to May the following year) and form a direct pipeline to our Global Banking & Markets Global Graduate Programmes (which start later in the same calendar year).

- Explore how we work in each of the different business areas and establish where your own skills and passions fit best
- Immerse yourself in hands-on tasks, interactive learning sessions, skills workshops, sales and trading games, and work shadowing
- Discover the importance of teamwork, resilience and communication skills in building client relationships
- Learn how our in-depth understanding of analysis and modelling enables us to interpret market data and give our clients the insights they need
