Degree Apprenticeships offer the chance to gain fully-funded undergraduate qualifications whilst you work with us over four-and-a-half-years.

Some of our Degree Apprenticeship are rotational in nature, while others focus on specialisms.

Whichever business area you choose, you’ll:

Spend 80 per cent of your time in your role, and 20 per cent studying towards a relevant undergraduate qualification
Take on real responsibility from your very first day
Gain practical, hands-on exposure to your business area and the teams within it
Be exposed to bigger challenges and greater levels of accountability as you progress
Get to prove yourself before being offered a role in your preferred area
Join a community of Apprentices embarking on the same journey as you

Have mentors, buddies, and line managers to help you develop and grow your career

We welcome students from all degree disciplines and backgrounds, not just those who’ve studied finance-related degrees, or those who have knowledge of banking.

To join us on a Degree Apprenticeship, you’ll need to be:

A school or college leaver, or someone looking to re-start, change or develop your career
Highly motivated – we're looking for people with drive and ambition
Open to ideas and eager to think, see, and do things differently
Able to represent and relate to our diverse, global customer base

We’ve found that Apprenticeships are one of the very best ways to equip people with the skills they need to succeed.

We’ll help you develop the technical skills most relevant to your role. We’ll also provide plenty of opportunities to advance your non-technical skills, like relationship management and collaboration, that will help you move your career forward successfully.

During your time on the programme, you’ll:

Benefit from a mix of practical on-the-job training, technical skills-based learning and opportunities to enhance the behavioural and cognitive skills you’ll need throughout your career. Skills like analytical thinking and collaboration
Increase your knowledge and gain confidence, ready to become a future leader in our organisation
Develop your professional, personal, and work-based transferable skills, while learning how to work in a professional environment
