Over the course of two years, you’ll get to:
- Explore your leadership ambitions, with broad exposure to a variety of teams and customer segments
- Experience work on the frontline of our business, serving customers both in-person, as well as on the phone and via our digital channels
- Work with Head Office teams, such as the Chief Operating Office, Digital Transformation and Strategy, identifying systems and process improvements, or supporting, managing and delivering projects
- Spend time with our Product or Data and Analytics teams identifying ways to improve our products and propositions
- Choose where you want to work during your final rotation, which could then lead to a permanent role that matches your career aspirations
