Over the course of two year, you’ll get to:

  • Join our community of Data Analysts, who are our information powerhouses, delivering the valuable insights that allow us to know our customers and business better
  • Help transform HSBC into a truly data-driven organisation by ensuring that every design decision has a built-in data consideration and that people develop a data-led culture
  • Work closely with global delivery teams and senior stakeholders to connect the processes, data, products, services and technology that underpin our success
  • Collaborate with colleagues around the world to understand the bigger picture and use data to develop a compelling narrative that tells their story
  • Take ownership of various pieces of analysis and learn about the different tools we use, including SQL, Python, Spark, and R
  • Be involved in developing, executing, and supervising programmes and policies that protect, deliver, and enhance the value of our data and information assets
