Over the course of two years, you'll get to:

  • Work as part of a dedicated team focused on specific transactions, products, or market sectors, creating solutions for corporate, private equity and financial institution clients. Teams include Advisory and Investment Banking Coverage, Capital Markets, Real Assets, and Structured Finance
  • Prepare and review the materials we use when delivering those solutions to clients – including investment memos, management presentations, and pitchbooks
  • Gain a better understanding of how different types of financial models are used for mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financing transactions
  • Apply various valuation methods such as comparable companies, precedents, and Discounted Cash Flow
  • Research the market as it changes and develops, create tailored presentations and build relationships with new and existing clients to grow the business further
  • Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and prepare documentation for live transactions
  • Meet with clients and be involved in the execution of transactions
  • Make the most of meaningful development opportunities, focused on skills and tailored to the role you may be interested in when you complete the programme
