Over the course of 18 months, you’ll get to:
- See how we connect businesses to opportunities through our Relationship Managers and digital capabilities
- Rotate between Relationship Management teams that work directly with our clients, or Credit Analyst teams that analyse companies’ creditworthiness and provide them with lending solutions
- Build your own relationships with clients to better understand their needs, and support Relationship Managers in pitching for new business
- See the bigger picture by working with teams in other areas like Global Trade (providing services and finance for buyers and suppliers), Product Management (creating new digital services to improve our customer experience) and support functions like Risk (developing policies and processes to protect us and our clients)
- Explore the Commercial Bank’s wide-ranging opportunities to progress your career – both locally and internationally – including the chance to become one of our leaders of the future.
