Over the course of two years, you’ll
- Become a highly skilled engineer, with a key role to play in developing, maintaining and optimising our technological infrastructure
- Enjoy being part of a core team, delivering cutting edge solutions to the bank and positively impacting the way we work, driving efficiencies and boosting our effectiveness
- Help us take a digital-first approach when developing new products and services, while continuing to enhance existing ones and providing software support to our teams around the world
- Design, test, and maintain the technology and systems that support our global teams in their day-to-day work, and enable the delivery of change programs and new applications
- Work with other engineers, architects, and colleagues across the business to understand and drive the product or service’s direction
- Help create and build solutions to meet specific needs across the business, that can be seamlessly deployed around the globe and are simple to support
