We offer pathways within several business areas. Whichever you choose, you’ll find exceptional support, a focus on wellbeing, and countless opportunities to develop.
Our Programmes
Internship Programmes are for penultimate year students. They last for 10 weeks and prepare you to join our Graduate Programme at the end of your studies.
Graduate Programmes are for final year students, recent and post-graduates. They run for 18 months to two years.

Match your skills to our opportunities
We’re especially keen to welcome Emiratis who have studied overseas, but we’re far more interested in the skills you bring than the subject that you studied. That’s to say, we welcome students from all academic backgrounds. With our support, you’ll build on the behavioural skills you have today to develop the technical skills required for the future. After all, a career with HSBC could take you in directions you never even imagined.
