This event focuses on the importance of prioritising your mental health in the workplace. During the session, well share some habits and techniques to strengthen your mental health and help you perform at your best. We’ll also introduce you to HSBCs Mindfulness Employee Resource Group and take you through a 10-minute mindfulness meditation.
